We are looking for an energetic candidate who is eager to learn and grow with the company. As a Human Resources Generalist your primary responsibilities will be coordinating training programs for our internal employee education portal, NASCAR

University. You will also be responsible for managing the Learning Management System, and managing the day-to-day logistics of the training programs. The ideal candidate should be a focused, proactive self-starter, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Some of the primary responsibilities include:

Supporting, coordinating, and delivering the NASCAR University learning and development activities.

Planning the logistics of training programs.

Updating the training and On-Boarding Intranet websites.

Research and make recommendations on new programs and tools.

Facilitate live training programs.

Create communications for employee announcements, surveys and questionnaires, and training calendars

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; and three to five years experience as a Human Resources Generalist with training experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
