Based on the article on Common Health Magazine, oil is an indispensible ingredient in our daily lives. We absorb fat from oil every day. Although it is a trend to cut down fat in our diet, we still need fat to help our bodies work. As a result, choosing the right kind of oil becomes an important issue. (Common Health Magazine) 2. Among all kinds of culinary oil, vegetable oil is considered healthier than animal fat. Sunflower oil, soybean oil, and olive oil are three kinds of vegetable oil that are widely used in daily life. We can gain lots of benefit from them if we know their nutritional value and use them appropriately. B. Oil is not just oil. Be careful choosing the oil we eat every day to improve our health. IV.
