REGULATIONS FOR DEATH DIAGNOSIS ISSUANCE
WHERE THE DECEASED LEFT HOSPITAL UPON
CRITICAL CONDITION AS REQUESTED
TO WHOMIT MAY CONCEM (THE PATIENT’S OR BEREAVED
FAMILY MEMBERS):
We can share how you are feeling now and understand how many jobs
you are required to do at this moment. As required by Wancqiao City
Health Bureau with Letter 09105813, a doctor should not issue a death
diagnosis until the inquest coroner completes the examination. We fully
understand the local folklore that death should take place at his/her own
home. In the event that you want to take the patient back home during
the critical moment but before death, we will help you obtain the death
diagnosis. Please duly follow the procedures below:
The doctor of this Hospital will issue a general diagnosis
Please turn to the Health Bureau in your precinct
The Health Bureau doctor will conduct examination and then issue the
death diagnosis during the office hours.
In case of a non-working day or a time beyond the office hours, please
report the case to the police station in your precinct and the prosecutor
will conduct examination in response to report and then issue the death
diagnosis.
