GROUP GUIDELINES
LOCATION: David H. Koch Theater is located on the south side
of the Lincoln Center Plaza, at Columbus Avenue and 63rd
Street. The address is 20 Lincoln Center Plaza, New York, NY
10023.
DIRECTIONS: By subway: Take the #1 local train to 66th
Street/Lincoln Center Station. By bus: The M5, M7, M10,
M66, and M104 bus lines all stop within one block of
Lincoln Center.
ARRIVAL TIME: Please plan on arriving approx. 30
minutes prior to your show time.

LATE ARRIVA;: If your group arrives after their ticketed time,

Tickets for Groups will work with the theatre to accommodate
your group at another performance. We cannot guarantee this adjustment, but will make every effort to do so.

CHAPERONES: Upon arrival, the lead chaperone (responsible for organizing the field trip) is required to check in with David H.
Koch Box Office. Chaperones and teachers are responsible for their group’s behavior. We reserve the right to remove any
individual or group refusing to comply with reasonable standards of behavior.
PAYMENTS and CANCELLATIONS: All payments must be received 30 days prior to performance time. Customers wishing to
cancel must notify Tickets for Groups 30 days prior to performance date/time. Any orders that have not been cancelled, will be
charged to the credit card on the Order Form. This charge is non-refundable. If a customer wishes to pay for their order via check,
but cannot obtain a check 30 days prior to visitation, the credit card on file will be charged in order to hold the reservation at the 30
day mark. All credit card charges will be lifted if payment by check is received 5 days prior to visitation.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: If there is inclement weather or other acts of nature on the day of your performance, Tickets for Groups
will work with the David H. Koch Box Office to accommodate your group at another performance.
HEADCOUNT CHANGES: If a group’s headcount upon arrival is less than the paid reservation, there will be no cash
adjustments made. If a group is adding on to an already paid and mailed order that is less than two weeks away, the added-on
tickets will be held at will-call. Added tickets can be purchased using a credit card at the rate that the group purchased their group
tickets, pending availability for the group’s performance. For groups needing additional tickets upon arrival, there is no guarantee
that tickets will be available but Tickets for Groups will make best efforts to accommodate these needs.
