Abstract
]
Objective This research tries to observe the influence of Xiangdan Zhusheye on the clotting time of rabbits. Methods After ejecting rabbits with the Xiangdan Zhusheye , observe the effect on rabbits and compare the experiment models with contrasts. Results Clotting time of each experiment models has been prolonged in general.The experiment models are different from those of blank models.There are no evident difference among experiment models. Conclusions The Xiangdan Zhusheye can clearly prolong the clotting time of rabbits.In these experiments,the concentration doesn’t clearly influence the effects.

1 Preface
Xiangdan Zhusheye is greatly useful in clinical field. It mainly cures ecchymosis angina
、 myocardial infarction etc. It involved root and rosewood.
Danshen root can reduce the degree of mucilaginous obviously. It has the function of inhibiting the concreting of blood, inhibiting the function of blood platelet ,advancing the function of fibrin clotting protein and inhibiting the synthesis of thrombus out of body.
Rosewood has the function of inhibiting the synthesis of thrombus out of body. It can obviously inhibit the synthesis of thrombus in experiment.
We tried to identify the efficiency of antithrombus of Xiangdan Zhusheye. By observing effect of different dose of Xiangdan Zhusheye on clotting time of rabbits. It can be used as a new exploration of clinical use of
Xiangdan Zhusheye.2
2 Materials and methods
2.1
Materials object : 9 rabbits (about 1.5kg each, 8 rabbits for formal experiment, 1 for pre-experiment) drug

) equipments : 4 injector (2.5ml each), 20 experiment glasses, adequate tampons of 5% alcohol

Methods
The animals are divided into 4 groups: comparison group,group Ⅰ , group Ⅱ , group Ⅲ . Using drug continuously for 8 days. Getting blood on the 2 nd ,4 th ,6 th ,8 th days from vein . Measure the clotting time on different days. Note the data in the diagram. Deal with the diagram with statistics method .
Specific dose:
Guided by the clinical dose on curing the high mucilaginous degree in blood
, we set group
Ⅰ
for half of clinical does , we set group Ⅱ for clinical dose , we set group Ⅲ for double of clinical dose . adult dose : 12g added 5%Glucose500ml

4 Discussion
In the experiment, we noticed that all these three dose have obvious effect on the clotting time. Through diagram 3 we can notice that the clotting time of group 1,2,3 were higher than the compared group. The clotting time of group 1,2,3 became longer and longer with the time . Through the result of experiment ,we observed that the effect of group 2,3 obviously increased . In group 3 , after using the drug ,the clotting time greatly changed , but the effect was not quite obvious .
Analyzing the data of experiment, the three groups all have obvious difference compared with the compared group. It indicates that Xiangdan Zhusheye have obvious influence on the clotting time of rabbits (P<0.01). P value of group 2 compared with group 3 is more than 0.05, which is no obvious difference, indicating that the doubled dose of group2 have not obvious difference with group 1 which has great influence on the clotting time of rabbits.
P value of group 3 compared with group 2 is more than 0.05, having no obvious difference. P value of group 1 compared with group 3 less than 0.05,having obvious difference. But now the dose has been 4 times of group 1, we can presume that we don’t need to increase the dose to that of group 3 when the dose of group 1 has great influence on the clotting time of rabbits.
In the experiment, we noticed that Xiangdan Zhusheye can obviously inhibit the synthesis of thrombus out of body.
When we get blood from the rabbits ,we also noticed that mucilaginous degree of compared group is higher, indicating that injecting Xiangdan Zhusheye can cause the decrease of mucilaginous degree of blood.
5 Conclusions
In a certain range, Xiangdan Zhusheye can prolong the clotting time of rabbits’ blood. In this experiment, the concentration didn’t have obvious influence on the clotting time.
