This bi-monthly bulletin covers literature relating to clinical governance, with a section devoted to
patient safety, and should be of interest to a variety of NHS staff. It is intended as an information
tool to help you keep up to date with developments in your area of clinical expertise and interest. It
is not an expression of organisational policy. The inclusion of a guideline, system, tool or similar in
this newsletter does not imply that it is used, or should be implemented, within NHS Greater
Glasgow and Clyde
