Those who work in the construction industry may be uniquely interested in Zero Waste
Day. ZWD is an opportunity for residents and business owners to provide donations to
local charities visiting Tewksbury for the day. One of the charities is called the Boston
Building Resources. (Visit www.zwdtewksbury.org for info on the other charities.)

What is BBR?
The Reuse Center at Boston Building Resources is a charitable nonprofit that accepts
donations of new and gently used materials for resale. It opened its doors in 1993 and was
known until recently as the Building Materials Resource Center. Anyone can shop at the
Reuse Center. Additional discounts are given to Plus members, people who meet our income
guidelines, as well as any charitable nonprofit organization.
What kinds of donations do they accept?
A full listing of acceptable and unacceptable items is printed on the reverse side of this page.
How can I help?
Spread the word to your colleagues and bring your donations to ZWD. BBR will be waiting
with a box truck on hand to graciously accept your building supplies.
