Non-Compliance
Describe any incidents of non-compliance not described above:
All temporary control measures need to be inspected and maintained on a regular basis until site is
permanently stabilized and temporary controls are no longer needed. Permanent stabilization will be by
sodding or seeding all disturbed areas, with the resulting perennial vegetation having a minimum of 70%
density, at which time all temporary measures will need to be removed.
This inspection is not a replacement for regular contractor inspections as required by state and federal regulations.
Contractors are responsible for all inspections and documentation as required by their coverage under the Kansas
NPDES Stormwater Runoff from Construction Activities General Permit.
