We enjoy great results in this Curriculum area and our teachers and our students strive to go beyond the minimum grade. How do we manage this? It is quite simple; encouraging our students to have passion, focus, energy and an enquiring mind throughout the learning experience. In order to help you get off to a flying start it is important that you complete the following: Summer Reading task You are expected to read the identified four bold and underlined texts on the attached reading list. This task is compulsory but do feel free to read other texts as well! Summer Writing task You have been allocated the topic of _______________. Feel free to read or dip into more texts within this area and create an eclectic presentation of this topic via a collage, preferably one side of A3. Twitter link: @EFMCotham Please understand that we expect extremely high standards from our students; including work ethic and focus in lessons and efficient home learning and of course, excellent attendance and punctuality.
