WHITE STRAND. Beach fishing for flounder and mackerel, especially at mouth of streams. Flood tide best.
2.
TEELIN PIER. Bottom fishing for conger, dab, flounder and dogfish. Spinning for mackerel and coalfish. High
water most productive. Specimen conger recorded here.
3.
MUCKROS HEAD. Spinning for mackerel and pollack. Floatfishing for wrasse.
4.
MUCKROS PIER. Spinning for mackerel and pollack. Floatfishing for wrasse.

SHALWAY PIER. Spinning for small pollack. Fishing over sandy patches for dabs and flounder.
6.
FINTRAGH. Bottom fishing in channel for flounder and spinning for occasional seatrout. Flood tide best.
7.
NUN'S COVE. Beach fishing for flounder, plaice, dab and occasional small turbot.
8.
POLLADOIRT. Rock fishing for pollack and wrasse.
9.
DRUMANOO HEAD. Fishing from various rock platforms for mackerel, pollack and wrasse.
10.
KILLYBEGS HARBOUR. Freelining and floatfishing for mackerel, coalfish, pollack and mullet from East Pier.
Bottom fishing inside angle of West Pier for conger. Specimen mullet recorded here.

GUNWELL. Bottom fishing from rocks over sand for ray, dab, flounder and conger. Spinning for mackerel,
pollack and coalfish. Floatfishing for wrasse.

SAND LOOP. Fishing from rocks over sand for plaice, dabs and occasional ray.
13.
ST. JOHN'S POINT. Spinning for pollack, mackerel and coalfish. Bottom fishing for wrasse and occasional
conger. Dangerous swell at times especially after South Westerly gales. Specimen wrasse recorded here.
14.
HEELIN PORT. Fishing from rocks over sand on southern shore for flounder, dabs and dogfish. High water best.
15.
DONEGAL QUAYS. Floatfishing for mullet. Ground baiting essential. Mullet have also been taken here on fly
fishing tackle.
16.
ROSSNOWLAGH. Surf fishing for flatfish and occasional bass. Specimen bass recorded here.
17.
ERNE ESTUARY. Spinning for seatrout and bottom fishing for flounder in channel, two hours either side of low
water.
18.
MERMAIDS COVE. Fishing from rocks on first two hours of flood and from beach for remainder of tide for
flounder and codling. Autumn best.
19.
MULLAGHMORE. Floatfishing from piers at high water for mullet and small pollack. Bottom fishing from
breakwater for plaice, dabs, dogfish and occasional ray. Spinning for mackerel. Specimen mullet recorded here.
20.
DARBY'S HOLE. Spinning for pollack. Floatfishing for wrasse.
21.
MILK HAVEN. Spinning and freelining for seatrout in channel. Bottom fishing for flounder and plaice.
