Eastern Shore Habitat for Humanity Small Garden Tour Saturday, May 19, 2012: South Tour: Belle Haven, Pungoteague, Harborton from 10am – 3pm North Tour: Chincoteague Island from 3pm – 7pm The Annual Habitat for Humanity Small Garden Tour is branching out this year. It's earlier than in the past, is scheduled for a Saturday and includes two separate locals. The tour takes place in Accomack County on Saturday, May 19, from 10 am until 7 pm. The southern leg of the tour begins in Belle Haven at the house of Hedy Leutner and proceeds through Pungoteague and on to Harborton. The northern leg of the tour begins at 3 pm in Chincoteague. Five gardens will be on tour in each area. Sun and shade gardens, gardens on the water, vegetable gardens, and a chicken or two -- all available for $18 for one area or $30 for the combined tour.
