TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We offer a unique package and also the flexibility to create your own custom package, as to have the Wedding Album
the way you desire it. Our specially designed Albums allow you to decide which photographs and size to include in your
album.
THERE IS A CHOICE OF DIFFERENT SIZES AND COMBINATIONS
This concept allows you to design your own Wedding Album to reflect your own taste and personality.
ALBUM PLANNING
Your Album is designed at the Studio on the return of your Honeymoon. The album planning is done strictly during
working hours by appointment only, and requires 3 to 4 hours of your time..
It is at this point of time the total number of pages is determined. Originals are used to design the album and may not
leave the Studio until after the Album is planned. (the proofs or CD is given to you when you pick up your main album)
Any changes or additions to the design, after your approval and the completion of the album, will be charged at $120
per side.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
Music for video must be provided before the wedding date so that the editing can be finished on time.
Any changes to the music will result in extra charge for the editing. Any changes to the Video must be advised
within 7 days after the completion, no changes can be made after that.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
To secure your Date and Photographer with the Studio a Booking Fee of $2000 is required. Balance for the coverage
must be paid one month prior to the wedding. The Photographer can/ may remain more than the specified times, for a
FEE of $200.00 per hour after. (unless it is included in the package)
CONDITIONS
In the event that the nominated Photographer is not available on that Day, (cause of illness and/or other unforeseen
circumstances), another Photographer of equivalent standard will be appointed.
THE BOOKING FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
(NB. Special concessions will apply at the Studios discretion). Photographs must be collected within 3 months after the
Wedding Day, or a storage fee of $10 per week will be charged. Any Photograph/s not collected will be disposed off
after a period of 6 months and the Studio will not be liable for any damages. No money will be refunded if the
cancellation is less than 60 days before the wedding date. A cancellation fee may apply.
Any enlargements or inclusions must be picked up Six Months from after the Wedding Day.
“It is hereby expressly agreed and declared that the Studio is the owner of copyright in all proofs and
photographs taken pursuit to this Order.” The negatives or any digital images remain the property of the
studio.
Studio will advertise the photos and videos in magazines, websites or facebook unless you provide a written
letter not to do so.
In the event that this Order is not completed for equipment loss or failure or any other unforeseen accident, the Studio's
liability to the Customer shall be limited to return of customer's deposit.
The Studio is hereby retained as the sole and exclusive photographer to perform the photographic and video services
requested herein. Customers shall take all necessary steps to insure that this provision is enforced.
