Set off on an adventure to Italy this summer! A special opportunity will be available to select
YOUR SCHOOL NAME Middle School students to explore the Eternal City of Rome, including the
Coliseum and St. Peter’s Square, walk the streets of legendary Pompeii, uncover the mystery of the
Leaning Tower of Pisa, and view art treasures like Michelangelo’s David in Florence. Join other
YOUR SCHOOL NAME Middle School students and teachers on this once in a lifetime travel and
study expedition.
Earth Explore’s Italy Adventure is an extraordinary opportunity for hands-on education and
discovery. Students will take part in a well-supervised and organized program of activities that
combine learning and fun adventure. Among other activities, students will:
 Stand at the Forum in Rome, where citizens of the Roman Empire gathered to do business
and go behind the scenes at the Coliseum, scene of spectacular gladiator contests
 Walk the cobblestone streets of Pompeii to discover the lives of its citizens, and learn how it
was buried by the ash of Vesuvius almost 2 thousand years ago
 Enjoy traditional Italian cuisine and make your own pizza under the direction of an Italian
chef. Nearby, visit the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Square
 Gaze upward at Michelangelo’s David in Florence, cross the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge,
and discover how modern engineers keep the Leaning Tower from falling down
 Visit the seaside town of Sorrento for a splash in the Mediterranean Ocean
This educational adventure opportunity is a not to be missed chance to experience a
spectacular part of the world with your own classmates and teachers. Students who participate in the
program will have the option to earn high school or college credit through the Earth Explore
Foundation.

your student application as soon as possible, or enroll online. After the group is full, students will be
put on a waiting list until space opens up in the group.
