Declaration of Mirs Bay Water Control Zone VerDate:30/06/1997
That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the
purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the Mirs Bay Water Control Zone.

The Director of Environmental Protection is designated as the Authority for the Mirs Bay Water
Control Zone.

The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging and the territorial waters appertaining thereto marked
on a series of maps of the scale of 1:20000 numbered MBWCZ 1, MBWCZ 2, MBWCZ 3, MBWCZ 4
and MBWCZ 5 described as "Mirs Bay Water Control Zone" signed by the Secretary for Planning,
Environment and Lands on 23 November 1990, and deposited in the Land Registry, Victoria.
