On amendments and addendum
to the List of pesticides (toxic
chemicals), permitted for use in
the Republic of Kazakhstan for
2013-2022.
In accordance with subparagraph 6 of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the
Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2002 #331 "On Plant
Protection" and paragraph 45 of the Rules of registration, production
testing and state registration of pesticides (toxic chemicals), approved by
the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 30, 2011 №
1396, I ORDER:
1. Due to the expiration of state registration, to exclude from the List
of pesticides (toxic chemicals), permitted for use on the territory of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for 2013-2022, pesticides (toxic chemicals) in
accordance with Annex 1 to the Order.
2. Due to the change of registrants in the List of pesticides (toxic
chemicals), permitted for use on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
for 2013-2022, to change the name of the registrants of pesticides (toxic
chemicals) in accordance with Annex 2 to the Order.
3. To approve Addendum 2 to the List of pesticides (toxic
chemicals), permitted for use on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
for 2013-2022, in accordance with Annex 3 to the Order.
4. The State Plant Health Inspection Office of the Committee of the
Agricultural Sector State Inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture of the
Republic of Kazakhstan to take measures to place an order on the Internet
resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to
publish it in hard copy.
5. To assign the control over the execution of this order to A.M.
Mars, the deputy chairman of the Committee Of The Agricultural Sector
State Inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of
Kazakhstan.
