Directions: Please complete the following learning contract by filling in your name, checking which assignment(s) you plan to complete, signing the contract, and obtaining your instructor’s signature.
The assignments can be independently completed using The Learning Center (TLC) at Moorpark
College, other computer labs, or an independent computer. Approximately one hour must be completed each week. Your instructor will check your progress every week.
In order to accumulate a record of your time in TLC, Library 222, be sure to go to the counter to log in at the computer and click on your instructor’s name. If you are doing independent work outside of TLC, make sure that you have clarified with your instructor about how to accumulate hours.
All assessment instruments, handouts, videos, and CDs for assignments are available through The
Learning Center. Some materials are limited and may not always be available when needed.
Please be prepared to substitute activities and check again for the materials. All completed assignments are to be turned in to the instructor.
