IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
A deposit of $50.00 is required within 1 week of making your booking to secure the
Jukebox of your choice.
The balance is to be paid 5 days before your date of hire.
If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of your hire you will forfeit your deposit.
If you cancel your booking within 2 days of your hire you will forfeit 75% of your full hire charge.
The Jukeboxes are usually delivered in the Friday before day of your function and collected at a time to suit both
parties.
1) Please ensure us entry to your venue at the time arranged as we can then be on time for the next delivery. If the
hirer does not show and we have to return to a venue you will be charged extra for delivery.
2) The hirer or a representative must be there to receive the Jukebox so we can set it up where you would prefer it
to be placed at the venue and go over operating instructions of how to use the machine if needed.
3) Never move a CD playing Jukebox once it has been set up. Never move a digital without prior permission from
Video Tech Staff. The Jukebox must be the only machine run off any one power point, other appliances can cause
problems.
4) If a problem occurs on the night of hire, please contact our on call technicians straight away so the problem can
be solved on the night. If contact is not made to Video Tech technicians via our phone number 477 6541 when a
problem occurs, then we cannot refund any part of the hire cost.
The Jukebox is on castor wheels and must travel on a solid surface. If there is grass, gravel or any stairs
please let us know in plenty of time so we can arrange another staff member to help .

Private homes may need to be checked before we accept a booking to make sure the Jukebox
will fit into the venue.

Marquees are also suitable provided the Jukebox is sitting on a flat dry surface and must be
sheltered from the direct sunlight and rain from the delivery time to the pick-up time.
All Cd playing jukeboxes are programmed with 51 albums, you choose the jukebox that suits you the best
and you can make as many changes as you like from our library selection.
The digital jukebox has over 2000 songs on it, you cannot change or add to the playlist but the 2000 songs
gives a very wide range of music to suit everybody’s tastes.
If you have booked a digital jukebox please note, Video Tech staff will select which one goes to
your venue. They all have the same music but some are easier to get into some venues.
