ConvaTec is seeking to appoint a Team Lead FP&A for
our commercial operations in our Nordic Region
Based in the Nordic head office in Birkerød, you will be the team lead of 2 Finance Analysts. The
position supports the Nordic Region, which consists of 5 countries and 3 product franchises. You will
be reporting to the Finance Director, located in Germany.
As Team Lead FP&A you will be working within the following areas:

Prepare all management reporting for Nordic region incl. comments/analysis

Interact closely with accounting team and support with monthly, quarterly and year end
closing in US GAAP

Co-ordinate and prepare the annual operating plan and the forecasts throughout the year

Interact closely with the sales organization and provide them with all reporting and data
as required

Establish and monitor action plans to secure the achievement of budgets and other
targets

Prepare ad-hoc analysis as requested

Lead the FP&A team while having strong hands-on focus

Observe all relevant Corporate Policies and Procedures
We are looking for a profile with the following qualifications:

Appropriate University education or similar

5 – 7 years of experience working in Finance roles, more than 2 years of experience in a
similar position in an international company

Profound knowledge in US GAAP accounting

Excellent knowledge in SAP, Hyperion, Cognos and Excel

Track record in successfully managing and motivating people

Fluent in English, written and spoken

Strong commitment, high engagement, flexibility and a pro-active attitude

Good communication and presentation skills
