The Environment Agency has been undertaking and is continuing to undertake
assessments on the water and sediment quality of the European Marine Sites, in order
to review permissions which could affect the integrity of these Sites, under Regulation
50 of the Conservation (Natural Habitats &c.) Regulations 1994. The poster will give
examples of some of this work from Plymouth Sound and Estuaries cSAC/SPA, and
the Fal and Helford cSAC.
