New Native American and Indigenous Studies (NAIS) minor was reviewed. The minor is primarily the old American Indian Studies minor with the addition of courses in indigenous studies and a wider selection of electives. Was tabled due to an inconsistency in the number of hours required for the minor (proposal states 15-19 but required lower division classes (7) plus minimum of 9 upper division classes add to at least 16 hours), failure to respond adequately to the impact study, and clarification of the handling of NAIS 4xxa in the distribution areas. f.
