Donna Orem, National Association of Independent Schools, Interim President and Chief Operating Officer As the Interim President of NAIS and Chief Operating Officer, Donna Orem’s responsibilities for NAIS are more than varied. As the COO, she manages organizational strategic planning, provides vision for new organizational endeavors, develops new and reengineered products and services, and oversees the collection, analysis, and dissemination of all research within NAIS. Donna has worked for NAIS for 18 years in leadership capacities. Prior to coming to NAIS , Donna served in leadership positions at CASE and the American Association of University Women. Corporate leaders are using the Design Thinking process to create new products, services, and branding, and to generate creative resolutions to problems to create a better future situation.
