The Colonie Little League is entirely a volunteer organization. Our League depends on adults like you to organize and conduct every aspect of our
youth program. As parents, it is your responsibility to assist with the administration of the league.
You can do this by Volunteering for at least one of the following:

Fundraiser fee: (in addition to registration fee)
Each family is required to participate in a league fundraiser each year. For the 2012 season, the fundraiser will be a raffle.
Each family will be required to sell tickets as follows:
1 Player: 75 tickets @ $1.00 per ticket (Total $75.00)
2 Player’s: 125 Tickets @ $1.00 per ticket ($125.00)
3 or more Player’s: 150 tickets @ $1.00 per ticket ($150.00)

ALL FEES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION (registration fee plus raffle ticket money).
ALL TICKET STUBS ARE TO BE RETURNED TO YOUR TEAM PARENT PRIOR TO OPENING DAY 2012.
All raffle ticket money collected is kept by the family.
Note:
Registrations received after March 1, 2012 will be assessed a $20.00 late fee and there is no guarantee that the player will be assigned to
a team. They will be placed on a waiting list until an opening is available.
I/we, the parents(s) of the above named person, give my permission and approval for my son or daughter to participate in Little League activities.
I/we agree to return, upon request, the player’s uniform and any other equipment issued to my/our child in as good a condition as when received,
except for normal wear and tear. I understand that registration and raffle ticket fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. I/we further agree to work at least
TWO concession stand duties per registered child and further understand that such concession stand duty is mandatory as determined by the
league. I/we also give permission for Colonie Little League to utilize pictures of my child(ren) on the www.coloniell.org website.
