CREATIVE MOVEMENT, JUNIOR and SENIOR CONCERT TICKET SALES
KICK Dance are using the ‘Trybooking’ online booking system for parents and concert patrons to book their tickets for the
KICK Creative Movement, the Junior and the Senior Concerts.
TryBooking is a community online ticketing system designed specifically for charities, schools, clubs and other community
organizations. It is a credible site that is also used by some of the private schools in the local area.

Costs Involved
Tickets are paid for online by credit card: Mastercard or VISA.
TryBooking charges the customer, a minimal fee of 30c per seat booked and paid for.

The Combo Ticket is to be used by people who will be attending BOTH the Creative Movement Concert and the Junior Concert. A Combo
Ticket includes one (1) allocated seat for the Junior Concert plus one (1) entry for the same individual to the Creative Movement Concert.
The ticket must be presented at the door at both of these concerts to obtain entry. It is a saving of $7 per person.
NOTE: Combo tickets must be purchased from the Junior Concert booking webpage to allow customers to choose their allocated seat
for the Junior Concert.

These children must be current students of KICK Dance and are required to present their KICK Student ID card, along with their
purchased ticket (free of charge) to gain entry into a Senior Concert. These students will need to ask their dance teacher (at one of their
lessons) for their own KICK Student ID card and their teacher will be happy to issue them with one.
On-line Booking Guidelines
What you need:

Access to the internet via a computer.

An email address that your tickets can be emailed to.

A printer so you can print out a copy of your tickets that have been emailed to you.

A credit card to pay for your ticket purchases – Mastercard or VISA

To Access or Activate a Booking Link:

Point your computer mouse at the link eg. http://www.trybooking.com/DVSE

Hold down the CTRL key on your PC keyboard and CLICK on the link.
NOTE: some computers, tablets, IPAD’s will not require a CTRL key to be held down – just click on the link to open
and access the internet booking page.

Read the internet page to make sure you have accessed the correct concert.

Scroll to the bottom of the web page and click on “CONTINUE BOOKING’ to make a booking.

Just read the screen and follow the prompts to make your booking.

NOTE: you will have 8 minutes to complete your transaction. Any seats you have selected will be held for you, only
for 8 minutes. There is a limit of 15 tickets per booking session.

Alternatively, you can also just copy the URL address of the concert you want from this email and paste it into the
address bar at the top of your internet browser and it will open up the booking page.
THE FOLLOWING ARE DETAILED STEPS FOR MAKING A BOOKING:
Steps to follow to book and pay for KICK Concert Tickets:
1.
Access the required booking link - hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and click on the desired link with your
mouse. For tablets/IPAD’s, just click on the link.

Trybooking Homepage Opens – be sure to read all of the important information outlined on the homepage.
Click ‘Continue Booking’ to proceed.
3.
Session times – the session time/s for the concert will be displayed.
The Senior Concert is the only concert that has two session times.
Click on the hyperlink of the session you wish to book tickets for.
4.
Seating sections – there are two seating sections to choose from. The choice of allocated seating only applies to the
Junior Concert and the Senior Concerts. There will be no seating selection for the Creative Movement Concert.

Main seating – Individual seats that face the stage. Divided into two sections with an aisle down the middle.
This seating is not tiered.
Bleachers – Block seating along the side of the hall. These seats look side-on to the stage, but are tiered.

Click on the hyperlink for the type of seating section you wish to book.
Note: You may book tickets for seats in both of the seating sections – Main Seating and in the Bleachers.
The seating section selected will be displayed showing the layout of the seating with Rows and Seat Numbers.
Seats that have already been booked will be coloured red.
Available seats will be coloured grey.
Click on the seats that you would like to reserve. They will then be coloured green.
Once you have selected your seats, Click ‘Continue Booking’.

Note: You will have eight (8) minutes to proceed with your transaction. These seats will be held for you during this time.
Once this time has elapsed and if you have not completed your transaction, the seats will become available for other people
to book.
Note: There is a limit of 15 bookings per session time. If you need to book more than 15 tickets you will have to
book the first 15 tickets, then go through the booking process again to book any further tickets.
Question: Will the site get clogged up with many people accessing it at once? The booking system can take
millions of bookings at the one time, so there is no worry of it clogging up.
6.
Tickets: The number of seats you have selection will be shown eg. You have selected 5 seat/s.
You will need to indicate the quantity next to the type of ticket/s you wish to purchase.
eg. 3 x Combo tickets and 2 x ‘Children Under 12 years’ tickets. Click ‘Continue Booking’.
Note for the Creative Movement and Junior Concerts:
Only book ‘Children Under 12 Years’ tickets for children who are actually Under 12 Years of Age.
Their tickets must be presented and checked upon entry to the concert.
7.
Shopping Cart. This displays the:

If you would like to book more seats, but in a different seating section or for a different session or event, then you can
continue shopping by clicking on the hyperlink: ‘Continue Shopping This Event or Other Events’.
OR
If you have selected all of the seats you wish to buy then click on ‘Checkout’.
You will now enter the secure booking zone. Note: the URL address will have changed to https://trybooking.com...
The ‘s’ in the https means that you have entered a secure sight and session and security measures are in place to protect your
personal details and credit card details.
9.
Booking Details – this is where details regarding your name, email address etc are collected. You are required to fill in
all of the fields. You are also required to read the terms and conditions and agree to accept them.
Be sure to tick:  I have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
Click ‘Continue’ to proceed.
10. Payment – this is where you will enter your credit card details and process the payment for your tickets.
Mastercard or VISA credit cards are accepted.
Note: Be patient, the processing may take a while. Do not close the browser until the process is complete.
11. Transaction successful – Your booking ID, transaction date and email address will be displayed.
It will prompt you to print your tickets out NOW using the ‘Print Tickets’ hyperlink and a copy of your receipt and tickets
will be printed
OR
An email with a link to your tickets will have been sent to your nominated email address. You should receive the email
within10 minutes. Once you have received it, you may you this link to print out a copy of your tickets to show on
entry at the front door on concert night.

KICK Creative Movement or Junior Concert students who are have booked ‘Free of Charge’
allocated seats for either of the Senior Concerts need to present their ‘2013 KICK ID Card’ along
with their ticket at the door to gain entry. The ID cards can be obtained from their dance teacher
during their classes.
