For this assignment you will modify the program from assignment #4 so that it inputs a list of 5 exam
scores for each student and then, for each exam, outputs 1) an exam average, 2) the highest score along
with the name of the student who achieved it, and 3) the lowest score along with the name of the student
who achieved it. As an example, the output produced by your program should look (exactly) as follows:
