Notice of Annual General Meeting
In accordance with the Constitution :
Notice is hereby given that the 2014 annual general meeting of the Charity will
be held at Frome Valley Medical Centre on Wednesday 3rd December 2014 at
7.30pm for the following purposes:
1. The confirmation of the minutes of AGM held on 4th December 2013
2. To receive the reports of the Executive Committee, review and
consideration of the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 3rd
December 2014.
3. To receive nominations for election to the Executive Committee
4. To elect the committee members and Honorary Officers of the Charity
5. To consider proposals for and pass resolution to consult with members
and carry out review of the Constitution
6. To pass resolution to appoint a Patron of the Charity
7. To appoint Patron of the Charity.

Any individual over the age of18 years, registered at the Medical Centre, have
automatic membership of the Friends, shall be classed as voting members, can
exercise their right to vote on various issues at the AGM, and are eligible to stand for
election to the Executive Committee.
