The Research for Marker Linked With Genes of Soybean Oil and Linolenic Acid Li-Jun Liu1 , Yong-Guo Xue1 1.Soybean Research Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences The molecular marker assisted breeding is a new technology. The new technology has many shortages that limit its developing through many researchers are improving it. For example, The primers linked with QTL are maybe not precise and not common in all cultivars. The molecular marker assisted breeding can not be combined with traditional breeding. These all limited the technology popularized. In this study, more precise and common primers are got by the primer validating experiment. Maybe the primers can be assisted breeding to improve the breeding efficiency. This study has two parts. The first part is that validating the SSR primer linked with the oil QTL in the high offspring and other cultivars. There are 7 and 12 cultivars whose band and phenotype are consistent in 14 high oil cultivars. Consistent rate is 78.6%和 50% respectively. The second part contains researching the possible gene about the mutant of low linolenic acid soybean. The study result gets a few primers which linked with linolenic acid through detecting the SSR map and BSA method. through validating the linked primers in the in the high offspring and other cultivars. Then the more precise primers Satt286 was gotten. The common primers about gene FAD3 were designed base on the GENBANK. And research the amount of Transcription about the FAD3C.The low linolenic acid was induced by the FAD3C whose up stream regulating sequence has changed. The conclusion is gotten by the result of sequence and real-time PCR. All the research will give a support and theory basis for MAS.
