2016 STALLION SERVICE CONTRACT

1.
Reservation for 2016 to the stallion Rashka, registered and approved ISR/Oldenburg.

2.
Mare owner agrees to pay Little Bit Farm, Inc. the following fees:
(a)
Non-Refundable booking fee of $300.00, payable with contract.
(b)
Breeding fee $1200.
(c)
Board $15 dry and $20 wet per day prior to mare leaving the farm.
(d)
Container deposit of $300 required before shipment (refunded upon return at end of breeding season).
(e)
$150 per collection for semen plus shipping expenses.
(f)
48 hour notice required for guarantee of shipment. If such prior notice is not received, there will be an
additional charge of $75 - $110, depending on circumstances.

If the mare is coming to Little Bit Farm, prior to arrival, the mare must have a veterinarian certify the following:
(a)
Mare is cultured clean and in sound breeding condition.
(b)
Vaccinated for Rhinoneumonitis
(c)
Negative Coggins
4.
The stallion owner will have their veterinarian check and treat mare for any breeding condition at mare owner’s expense.

Should this mare not deliver a live foal in the year following breeding, that can stand and nurse alone, mare owner is
entitled to a return to the stallion for a total of three years, provided satisfactory evidence is submitted to the stallion owner.
The breeding fee is non-refundable under any circumstance. The same non- refundable booking fee is due each year that
the mare is bred.
6.
Should the stallion die or become unfit for breeding prior to serving the mare, or if the mare dies or becomes unfit for
breeding prior to being serviced, this contract is null and void. If the stallion dies, or becomes unbreedable after this mare
is serviced and no live foal results, this contract is null and void. If the stallion is sold and the mare has not been serviced,
this contract is null and void, and fees will be refunded. If this stallion is sold after the mare has been serviced but no live
foal results, there will be a limited amount of frozen semen available, or mare owner may choose semen from another Little
Bit Farm stallion of equal or lesser value. If the mare is sold, dies, or becomes unfit for breeding after this mare is serviced
and no live foal results, this contract is complete unless a substitute mare is approved by the stallion owner.
7.
Little Bit Farm, Inc. or Kenneth F. Borden Jr. shall not be liable for the death, sickness and /or accident including
consequential damages caused to the mare and /or foal. Mare owner agrees to hold Little Bit Farm, Inc. or any person
associated with the same harmless for any and all damages associated therewith.
8.
Little Bit Farm, Inc. assumes responsibility only to deliver live semen in viable condition at the time of delivery to the mare
owner, who is responsible for all airport or Federal Express/UPS expenses related to shipping the semen and returning the
semen container within 5 days of shipment. ($10.00 per day late charge if not returned in 5 days.) The semen must be
administered by a licensed veterinarian on the day of delivery or Little Bit Farm, Inc. shall be considered to have fulfilled
its contractual obligations, and any guarantees shall not apply.
9.
The mare must be examined by a veterinarian between 40 and 55 days and notice of her pregnancy status returned to Little
Bit Farm, Inc. within 10 days of examination, or all guarantees are null and void. It is also recommended to ultrasound the
mare at 18 to 21 days after breeding.
