As Director of “Dr. J. R. Villavicencio Foundation”, I have made agreements with
national, provincial and city institutions to provide a monthly amount of 40 bonuses
to give free care to indigent patients who do not have health insurance and/or are
referred from public hospitals that do not have state-of-the art medical equipment.
These bonuses are distributed by the Ministry of Health of the Province of Santa Fe
and the Secretariat of Public Health of Rosario among the following hospitals and
