The ZIG ZAG Encadrement Company will take part in the Hotel Show Dubai from
the 17th to the 19th of May. On that occasion, the company will be showcasing its
experience in the field of framing and decoration, as well as in interior design. The
company is well versed in decorating hotels, office buildings, and houses... An
expertise it has gained in the past twenty-two years, since its establishment in 1989.
The Zig Zag Encadrement company has also become very familiar with the Middle
Eastern market, as it has been successfully working for Middle-Eastern customers for
the past two years.
With more than twenty years experience in the field of framing and decoration, Zig Zag
Encadrement, established in France in 1989, has acquired an excellent reputation through
its know-how and its perfectionism.
Zig Zag’s designers present unique collections every year: from the frame featuring
diamond effects to the frame with fine gold finishing, all their passion appears in the
originality of their creations and their overview.
In 2005, the Zig Zag Encadrement company created an Interior Design department, thereby
entering the high-end design segment, particularly through the offering of tailor-made
interior design services. The Zig Zag Encadrement company has acquired its leading
position in this field thanks to the quality and originality of its mouldings, the large
majority of which are created by company designers and molded by Italian craftsmen.
Additionally, the harmony between the frame and the visual at Zig Zag Encadrement and
the continuous search for new artists have both contributed to the company’s leading
image.
Zig Zag Encadrement principally developed its excellent reputation through the quality of
its know-how, perfectionism, and the passion of its team. Indeed, the six members of Zig
Zag Encadrement’s art studio have worked for the company for more than a decade with
the same dedication, devoting their time and skills to make each frame unique.
Zig Zag Encadrement constantly offers new mouldings, with different designs (flat,
rounded, carved) and new finishing (gold-plated, sheen, gloss…) All frames are made of
different wood essences, such as pine, ramin, toulipier, and ayous wood.
It was thanks to this never-ending passion for creativity that the company was awarded the
« Metier d’Art » distinction in France, rewarding companies renowned for their know-how.
Zig Zag Encadrement’s clients range from luxury hotels, private clinics, and retirement
homes to luxury private properties, as interior designers regularly call on the company’s
services to decorate interiors, create a « total look » atmosphere, and prepare exclusive
products corresponding to the desires of clients.
In 2010, Nathalie Veillon-Barbier, the CEO of Zig Zag Encadrement, decided to introduce
her company to international clients and showcase its quality know-how outside France.
Accordingly, she decided to exhibit at the Hotel Show in Dubai for the first time. This
choice of Dubai as a first exhibition was certainly not arbitrary. Indeed, the UAE is wellknown as the only country where nothing is impossible and where creativity and originality
are encouraged, making it the perfect place to start Zig Zag Encadrement’s international
expansion.
Zig Zag Encadrement is also currently working with Dubai-based artist Maria Dowlashahi
to exhibit her works on their booth.
With the same enthusiasm, Nathalie Veillon-Barbier joined the Index show as an exhibitor
in November 2010, encountering a very positive response from regional clients. Ties were
formed with clients from Sharjah, Dubai, as well as customers from neighbouring
countries. She returned to Dubai at the beginning of March to visit her clients again and she
is looking forward to the Hotel Show in May to exhibit and showcase her new line of
exclusive products and models.

The Zig Zag Encadrement company, located near the city of Nantes, in France, was
founded in 1989 by two gallery owners. At first, the company only manufactured wood
frames for framing stores and galleries.
In 1998, Nathalie Veillon-Barbier and her husband bought the company with the objective

In 1999, they invested in new, more advanced machines, in order to respond to the large
