Mr. Cyril Wang Non-compliance finding It was noted that one first aid kit at the packing section and all 3 first aid kits at the embroidery and printing section were not sufficiently supplied with medical items. There were only 3-6 items in the first aid kit while the law requires 16 items. Non-compliance finding It was noted that approximately 10% of all single needle sewing machines were not correctly installed with needle guards since the needle guards were installed too high and might not protect the operators’ fingers from a possible needle injury.
