PRINTING EVAL OUTPUT ON ONE PAGE IN COMPRESSED FONT
1. Run EVAL, entering 2 in the Format field (for Double-column Report)
2. When the process is complete and the Report Browser opens, click on the Print Local Icon
3. When the Printer Setup dialog box opens (as below), click on Use Font, then click on the
Font button.

In the box under Size: key in the number 7 then click OK.

4. Your Printer setup screen now appears as below. Click on OK.

Steps 1 to 4 are one-time only.
YOUR PC WILL SAVE THIS SETTING FOR ALL DATATEL SESSIONS AND DOES NOT
HAVE TO BE RESET EVERY TIME YOU LOG IN.
5. Datatel will return you to the Report Brower window. Click on the Print remote icon
.
6. Go to the box next to Output Device, change the H to an A, and in the box next to Lines per
page, key in 85.
