GUIDELINES FOR BULK ITEM PICK-UP
10 Items for $10.00 -- Additional Appliance Fees
Carpet – cut into 4 foot lengths, rolled and tied with biodegradable material such as tape, twine
etc.
Couches – hide-a-beds must be tied and secured so frame doesn’t unfold.
Refrigerators & freezers – doors must be taken off refrigerators and freezers, and must also be
cleaned of all food products. (No trash or food inside)
Washer & Dryers – all water must be drained from washers and washer & dryers must be empty.
(No trash inside)
Water Heaters – all water must be drained.
Lumber – cut into no longer than 4-foot lengths and tied or taped into manageable bundles.
Lawnmowers – Snow blowers – etc. – must be drained of all fluid. (oil, gas)
Gas grills – gas tank removed. (we do not pick up gas tanks)
Garage doors – must be broken in half or sections.
Railroad ties – must be cut in half.
Paint cans – must be dried out or empty.
Small items shall be bagged and tied.
2 bags = 1 item
