Fix the Front Stabilizer (25) with Open Spanner (50), Screw (43), Spring Washer (44), Arc Washer (45) and Acorn Nut (46). Plug the Rear Stabilizer into the Frame and fix with Allen Wrench (49), Truss Hex Screw (47), Spring Washer (44) and Washer (48). Please pay attention that the concave should be outward. 2. Assemble the left Pedal (51) and right Pedal (52) on the brace with Open Spanner (50). (Please be attention that the marker “R” and “L” on right and left pedal is corresponding to the one on the brace.) 4 3. Fix Seat (37) on the Tube (29) with Wrench (50), Nylon Nut (38) and Washer (39). Untie the Knob (4) on the Frame, insert the Tube into the Frame and tie the Knob (4). 4. Connect the thrum of the Sensor Wire (5) with the Guide Thread, pull upgrade along the Upright (1). Plug the Upright into the Frame and tighten them with Allen Wrench (49), Truss Hex Screw (47), Spring Washer (44) and Arc Washer (45). 5 5. Plug the Adjustment Tightwire (18) into the Adjustment Knob (40) and then put into the Upright (1). Fix them with Open Spanner (50) and Truss Philips Screw (41). 6. Fix the Handrail (30) on the Upright (1) with T-shaped Knob (42). 6 7. Connect the tie-in of Sensor Wire (6) with the tie-in of the Computer (36). Then insert the Computer (36) along with the computer plate and fasten the Screw (54) and Washer (55) with Open Spanner. Plug the Hand Pulse Wire (34). ODO: Odometer 7. CAL: Calories 8. : Pulse mark SUMMARY: This monitor is equipped with an auto on/auto off function. The computer will turn on automatically if the exercise machine is in motion. If stop exercising for over 8 minutes, the computer will turn itself off. HOW TO INSTALL BATTERY: 1.Take out the batteries from the back of monitor. 2.Place two pieces of SIZE-AA batteries into the battery housing. 3.Insure batteries are correctly positioned and battery spring is in proper contact with batteries. 4.Battery life is approx. one year under normal usage. 5.If the display is illegible or only partial segments appear, remove the batteries and wait 15 seconds or so, before reinstalling. 6.Removing the batteries will erase computer memory. 8 Fig. 2 FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS: ● RESET Press the button more than 3 seconds will reset all functional values to zero except ODO. ● SCAN Press the button until the arrow points to SCAN, monitor will automatically cycle display TIME,SPEED,DIST,CAL and ODO. ● SPEED:( unit=KM/H or MPH) Press the button until the arrow points to SPEED, monitor will display the current Speed. If the monitor display M in bottom-right, the unit of speed is MPH. If the monitor do not display M in bottom-right, the unit of speed is KM/H.(MPH: Mile per hour; KM/H: Kilometer per hour) ● DISTANCE:(unit=Kilometer or Mile) Press the button until the arrow points to DIST, monitor will display the trip distance you are traveling. If the monitor DISPLAY M in bottom-right,the unit of distance is Mile. If the monitor do not display M in bottom-right,the unit of distance is Kilometer. ● TIME:(unit=Minute:second) Press the button until the arrow points to TIME.monitor will display your exercising time. ● ODOMETER:(unit=Kilometer or Mile) Press the button until the arrow points to ODO.monitor will display the total accumulated distance. ● CALORIES:(unit=Calorie) Press the button until the arrow points to CAL.monitor will display the calories consumption. ● PULSE:(unit=Beats per minute) Press MODE button until“ ”appears at PULSE position.Before measuring your pulse rate,Please place both your palms on the contact pads and the 9 monitor will show you r current heart beat rate in beats per minute(BPM)on the LCD after 3~4 seconds. Remark: During the process of pulse measurement,because of the contact jamming,the measurement value may be higher than the virtual pulse rate during the first 2~3 seconds, then will return to normal level.The measurement value can not be regarded as the basis of medical treatment.
