WELMEC sponsorship
Welmec will be kindly contributing to the expenses of Welmec delegates to
the amount of €150 which will be deducted from the Hotel bill at the end of
the sojourn or the applicable conference fee.
Conference Fee
Delegates booking accommodation at the Corinthia Palace pay an all inclusive
fee of €373 (covering 1 night accommodation and all conference amenities)
A conference fee of €256 will be levied only for delegates who opt for
alternative accommodation arrangements. This fee will be charged directly
on receipt of this registration form (till 1st October 2008).
As stated above, all Welmec members will have €150 deducted from these
amounts.

All attending partners residing at the Corinthia Palace are cordially invited to
the Gala Dinner to be held on Thursday 23rd October 2008. Dress smart
casual.
Reservations at the Corinthia Palace are blocked till the end of August 2008.
Any reservations made after the 1st September 2008 will be subject to
hotel availability. Reservations will only be confirmed upon provision and
authorization of correct credit card details.

Optional Maltese night
For those delegates who are arriving on 22nd October we are organizing this
optional event at Rogatino, a quaint Palazzo situated at Il-Landrijiet.
A four course traditional suckling pig night with wine and including transport
at €48 per head. Departure from the Hotel at 19.45. (P.S. This event will only
be held if a minimum number of delegates apply.)

Cancellation Policy
If a delegate cancels any accommodation reservation or delegate registration
within a seven-day period prior to the group's arrival or a ‘no show ‘results,
the client will be charged 100% for the cancelled accommodation or
registration.
Black Taxi Service
Black taxi services can be arranged at fixed rates of circa €25 for up to four
delegates at a time. This charge is divisible by the number of delegates
availing of a particular trip. There will be pooling of taxi services where and if
possible. The cost of the taxi will be billed directly to your hotel bill. The
chauffeur will be waiting at the arrivals lounge.

The alternative is the use of the White Taxis which would be outside the
Arrivals. They do have taximeters and may vary in charge. A typical White
Taxi charge would be circa €27.
The Taxi journey is around 15mins. Bus service would take you to the capital
were another bus connection would be needed to get to Attard. Duration
circa 75mins.
