Dear Sir / Madam
Thank you very much for your interest in selecting Malta for your Students’ Internships
Work Experience.
Through our well established contacts with both public and private entities we provide
students with interesting unpaid work placements by matching their expertise with that of
the placement organisation.
Students are required to reside in accommodation provided by us for the duration of their
internship.

Students will be asked to sign a rental agreement and will be expected to abide by the

Our accommodation will cost EURO 12.40 per person per day (€375 per month) and it is
on shared basis. This means that the students will share the accommodation and the
bedroom with other interns. Should your students prefer a single bedroom we can provide
that at EURO 15.65 per person per day (€475 per month) in a shared apartment. We have
few single rooms, so early booking is recommended. Single rooms are let out on a single
occupancy basis. Friends, family or guests are not permitted to sleep in the apartment.
Upon the students’ arrival in Malta they will attend a Welcome Meeting in our office. This
meeting introduces them to Malta, the Maltese culture and work ethic and their work
placement. A work plan is also discussed. This usually takes place on the first working day
after the student’s arrival.
Each student’s progress is monitored on a regular basis.
Events, trips and activities can be organised for students to get to know more about Malta.
Students are also given a list of current events taking place during their stay in Malta.
At the end of their internship, each student will receive their Euro Pass, a performance
appraisal, internship certificate and a reference letter from their mentor as well as other
reports and necessary paperwork.
Transport can be provided at a charge of EURO 25 (per person) each way to or from the
airport. Transport on arrival is strongly advised, especially if arrivals take place outside
office hours.
Each student interested to follow a work placement in Malta is required to send the
following documents and preferably two months prior to arrival.



CV and a letter describing what they would like to do during their internship
A letter of reference from the University
If possible the exact dates and duration of their stay in Malta
Please note we require CVs and details of students as early as possible prior to their arrival
in Malta and preferably two months in advance to avoid an administration/management
fee. Furthermore, we offer a 5% discount where we receive full payment at least two
months prior to arrival. We require a non refundable deposit of EURO 250 as your
confirmation of the accommodation and for us to start sourcing a work placement. This
sum will be deducted from the total amount due.
We strongly suggest that you follow an English language course and we will provide
guidance according to your level. A course is 20 hours long and costs EURO 350.
