1) In case of the development study(survey project, establishment of master plan or basic plan, feasibility study, basic design)

* Ministries which are in charge of the financing
- Plans to use report which is the output of the proposed Project
2) Maintenance plan of facilities, buildings and equipment of the proposed project and the financing plan for the maintenance
