ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
What aspects of your presentation will be taken into account:







Interesting and mature content (you have to include all the points suggested
for your topic)
Fluency when speaking (if you read, you will fail, because this shows that
you cannot speak any English at all)
Good pronunciation
Student's own English (if you just copy, you will fail, because this shows that
you cannot express yourself in English)
Good Power Point presentation
Accurate use of this presentation aid: it's no use writing everything that you
tell your audience, the Power Point programme is useful to catch the
listener's attention and to guide them through your presentation, but DON'T
WRITE EVERYTHING THERE (if this happens, your mark will be lower)
Mature opinions and conclusions
This project will produce 20% of your 3rd term mark, as much as a test.
