Breeders Futurity Mare Nomination Form – 2006 Auction – 2007 Foal
Nomination form and $15.00 nomination fee due with a postmark on or before November 1, 2006.
 You must nominate one mare now before the foal resulting from this breeding is born. If you do
no nominate your mare, the resulting foal will not be eligible to show.
 If the mare aborts or the foal dies at time of foaling, the owner will be allowed to substitute a
second mare before the second mare foals or may carryover the breeding to the next year. A Vet
certificate must be sent immediately to IQHA stating the loss when it happens. If a substitute mare
is used, a vet certificate is required stating that the mare has not yet foaled.
If your mare is open, please circle OPEN. This breeding will be carried over to next year; however,
you must return this form marked Open along with the $15 nomination fee.
