It is in your interest to inform us as soon as possible if you are merely considering withdrawing by emailing us on
graduate.funding@admin.cam.ac.uk
Awards are intended to be held on a continuous basis, without a break.
For all award holders (Doctoral or MPhil), if you withdraw from the University of Cambridge and do not notify the
Fees and Finance you will be required to return any maintenance payments that have been received after your
withdrawal date
If you withdraw at the beginning of a term you will be required to return the maintenance payment for that quarter.
