Specific projects have been identified for long-term and short-term project development.
These projects can be classified under a variety of categories - health care, downtown
revitalization, public services and infrastructure, public facilities,

these needs and desires, the District would be unaware of the long-term dreams of a

sources of financial and technical assistance to make their "wish list" a reality.
