Outcome 1
Describe legal implications of living in rented accommodation.
Evidence requirements
1.1
Description includes a list of contents of a tenancy agreement required by law.
1.2
Legal rights and responsibilities of tenants are described in accordance with the
tenancy agreement.
Range
1.3

discrimination, privacy, personal safety;
two responsibilities from – care of property, damages, use for
lawful purposes.
Legal rights and responsibilities of landlords are described in accordance with
the tenancy agreement.

Evidence requirements

Description includes ways in which a flat-sharing agreement prevents problems
in terms of the financial, emotional, and physical needs of occupants.
