TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.
I am at least 18 years of age.
2.
I am entering this Textbook Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) with College Book Rack Vol 1 of my own free will.
3.
I will return the rented materials (see attached receipt) to College Book Rack Vol 1 3520-1 Saint Johns Bluff Road
Jacksonville, FL 32224 on or before the rental return date. College Book Rack Vol 1 is not responsible for reminding
me of the rental return date. College Book Rack Vol 1 is not responsible for returns shipped to the store via any
carrier.
4.
I will not exceed the purchasing limit nor will I cancel the credit or debit card above until all the rented materials are
either returned to College Book Rack Vol 1 or the non-return fees are paid.
5.
I am responsible for the condition of the materials rented and bear the full responsibility for the return of the rented
materials in salable condition and for payment of fees and replacement costs if rented materials are lost, stolen or
returned in unsalable condition. Unsalable conditions include damages incurred to the rented material caused by
liquid (rain, snow, coffee, juice, etc.), fire (scorched), chemical spills, tooth marks (rodents, pets, children, etc.),
missing component parts of the rented materials, and spine damage. Limited highlighting and writing in the rented
textbooks is permitted.
6.
If I fail to return the rented materials by the rental return date, or return them in an unsalable condition, I authorize
College Book Rack Vol 1 to charge the following replacement fees to my credit card or debit card listed above: (1) 75%
of the current new materials price and (2) a processing fee of 7.5% of the new materials price. New materials price is
the new selling price of the materials at the time of return.
7.
Replacement of rental materials (exact duplicate, correct ISBN, title, author, edition, etc. required) will be accepted in
lieu of any damaged rental materials on or before the rental return date. I understand that if I return replacement
rental materials, a replacement processing fee of $5 will be due at the time of return.
8.
If I drop a course, textbooks must be returned immediately, even if I will be taking the course in a future term.
College Book Rack Vol 1’s standard refund policies apply.
