DECLARATION: All Allambie members must agree to abide by the following code of conduct and rules.











I agree to pay the registration fees by the 15th February 2014 and understand that the Club will be unable to process my
registration to play any competition games until the outstanding fees are paid in full.
I understand that to be eligible for grading, registration fees must be fully paid prior to scheduled grading day.
Once registered, players are committed to the full season. Players may only withdraw for medical reasons.
I accept the grading committees decision for team placement once teams are selected.
Players are expected to attend all training sessions and matches for the full time allocated.
Players are to be in full Allambie netball uniform for all competition games.
Players and Parents are to respect their coaches & umpires who generously give up their time voluntarily.
Players and Parents are to display good sportsmanship at all times.
Players and Parents must abide by the Netball NSW Codes of Conduct & MWNA By-Laws (available via our website).
Players and Parents agree not to partake in any anti-social behaviour, bullying, harassment, threats, inappropriate comments
through the use of electronic communication tools and any social media.
It is a condition of registration that all players / parents fulfil canteen, control tower and umpiring (12 years and over) obligations.
