It also allows to incinerate other residuals, as wood, papers, garbages etc., neither
surpassing the maximum capacity of the oven nor the maximum temperature of
operation (1.000ºC). It is the ideal team to carry out incineration tests to scale a pilot
plant.
CONSTRUCTION
hey are presented in an attractive piece of metallic construction, made of steel foils and
profiles laminated in cold, with an anticorrosive special treatment, of great robustness
and nimbleness, with advanced design and epoxy painting of pleasant tones, what
confers him aesthetically a long life and a finish grateful.
The combustion chamber is built by refractory concretes of high mechanical resistance
to guarantee a long life. The isolation is carried out by mineral and ceramic fibres of
low thermal mass and great heating power, carefully placed in strata to reduce the lost
of heat. The grill is fixed, built in refractory steel, and the produced ashes fall on an
ashtray for its manual extraction.
The heating is electric, and the control of the temperature of the camera is assured by an
electronic regulator with digital visualization.
COMPLEMENTS
Optionally we can incorporate to the oven all type of controls and automatisms, as well
as other systems of purification of smoke if it is used to incinerate materials as plastics
or others that can remove noxious gases. Inertization systems of ash or heat removing
systems in the combustion can also be incorporated. Consults us your necessities.
OPERATION
The principle of operation of these ovens is based on the pirolytic decomposition, the
organic matter that disappears in form of non pollutants gases. The operation is continue
with successive loads. The material to burn is loaded in manually in the oven
maintained to the appropriate temperature by the operation of the resistances and the
action of the pyrometer control that is responsible of regulating the calories contributed
to the oven in function of the necessities.
When opening the chamber, he material to destroy can be introduced into the oven, and
a cycle of contribution of secondary air through an electro fan begins. The perfect
combustion that is carried out in an atmosphere highly oxygenated by the contribution
of air and at an adequate temperature to minimize the production of smoke what avoids
the formation of scents.
PURIFICATION OF SMOKE

the production of smoke and scents
Our ovens, due to their special construction, avoid this problem, but to eliminate it in a
definitive way we have designed a purifier of smoke (patented model) that acts burning
the gases that come off for the chimney of the oven, disappearing totally and being able
to work without an exit to the exterior.
It consists of a cylinder of stainless steel with some electric resistances in their interior
and a platinum catalyst impregnating the support of the resistances. The temperature in
the purifier stays in a constant in 800 ºC, what guarantees the total burnt of the smoke.
CHARACTERISTIC
Two models are manufactured. The FIE 500, with capacity for 3 Kg/h of residuals and
unitary loads of 0'5 Kg, with 5 Kw of power and a price of 6.780 €, and the FIE 1000
with capacity for 5 Kg/h of residuals and unitary loads of 1 Kg, with 8 Kw of power and
a price of 9.750 €.
The quantities of residuals to eliminate are the average, and for each concrete residual
the capacity of the oven can be something superior or inferior.
The team, formed by the oven, secondary fan and purifying of smoke, is delivered ready
for its immediate operation.
