Michael Moran is an investor and Senior Vice President of American Chartered Bank, a locally-owned, entrepreneurial-driven, commercial bank with 15 branches in the Chicago area. Michael has 20 years of experience predominately working in commercial banking with privately held companies, assisting them with various acquisitions, working capital financing, and treasury management. Michael shares his broad network and experience with clients to provide a level of advocacy not experienced by most banking relationships. Michael’s clients regularly call him prior to making key decisions. Michael also has experience as a project manager for large-scale software installations, working with Fortune 500 clients to install new financial systems. Michael also has direct entrepreneurial experience, including cofounding Inclusion Solutions, Inc., a developer of disability access products for business and government agencies. Michael served as past president of the Executives Guild, co-founded the Notre Dame Chicago Club Irish Entrepreneurs, sits on the Board of the Northbrook Symphony Orchestra. Michael has a Bachelors degree in Economics and Business from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters in Management in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Kellogg/Northwestern University. Michael resides in Glenview with his wife, Kristin, son, Brannon and daughter, Ellory.
