Description of content:

Antibiotics and medicines
List of antibiotics and medicines which are allowed to be used and the dose and safety
regulations for each species such as chickens, ducks, pigs and cows. Limits for each type of
antibiotics and medicines can be divided into small groups to suit each type of livestock and
poultry.
•
Heavy metals
Heavy metals are specified in Standard Terms, including for arsenic, lead, cadmium and
mercury.
•
Microbiology
The target micro-organisms include seven indicators: total aerobic microorganisms, coliform,
E.coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium perfringens and Bacillus cereus.
•
Fungal toxins
Focus on aflatoxins and limits allowed for each group of mixed feeding stuffs for chickens,
ducks, pigs and cows.
