Engineering Manager
Mueller Co., the industry leader in the
manufacture of water flow control products
has an immediate opening for a Engineering
Manager in Cleveland, TN. The successful
candidate should have a B.S. degree in
Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years
of
Supervisory
experience
in
a
manufacturing
environment.
Responsibilities will include managing
overall efforts and activities of the
engineering department of a $50M
operation. Work closely with marketing and
R&D in design of new products, manage
capital
projects,
insure
regulatory
compliance, facilitate product cost savings
ideas and design improvements. Knowledge
of industry specifications –ISO, UL, NSF
and JD Edwards systems a plus. Must
possess mechanical aptitude with excellent
analytical skills and the ability to effectively
communicate at all organizational levels.
