Is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) communicated and promoted to staff?

Is training (e.g. Mental Health First Aid) offered and communicated to staff?

Are staff members aware of where to access procedures and forms for reporting psychological concerns (e.g. hazard
reports, team meetings etc.).
Has consultation between employers and workers to establish whether bullying currently exists in the workplace or
whether there is potential for bullying to occur, been considered in the planning of the bullying preventative policy?
(Note: this process can be both formal and or informal).
Sight evidence of consultation between manager/supervisor(s) and workers (e.g. surveys, safety and health reviews,
minutes taken from meetings etc.).
