Deadline to purchase Senior Class packages. (Only way to order a short sleeved Senior TShirt) See Mrs. Stohr in room 704
October 6 - 14, 2014
MONDAY – TUESDAY
Purchase Senior long sleeve t-shirt.
Purchase Senior Sweatshirt.
See Senior Council table at all lunches in the cafeteria.

WEDNESDAY
SENIOR CLASS MEETING (1:50 PM – 2:25 PM)- HHS AUDITORIUM
Information presented about ordering caps, gowns, and announcements.
Balfour representative, Andy Mashburn, will be present. This is for students only.
October 30, 2014
THURSDAY
SENIOR NIGHT FOOTBALL GAME
Wear your senior t-shirt/sweatshirt to the game and receive a free HHS SENIOR gift.
Register at the game for door prizes! YOU HAVE TO WEAR YOUR SENIOR T-SHIRT TO
WIN! We will announce the winners at half-time.
November 13, 2014

Order graduation announcements along with caps, gowns, and diploma covers with Balfour
representative (Seniors AND/OR parents) HHS Media Center
4:00 PM until 7:00 PM – Cap, gown, tassel, and diploma cover = $43, pay with check, cash,
or money order.
December 4, 2014
THURSDAY
Make-up date for ordering announcements, caps, gowns, and diploma covers – cafeteria during all lunches. Cap, gown, tassel, and diploma cover = $43
January 6, 2015
Tuesday
Senior can begin to pay for class dues ($30) and Senior trip ($45(ticket + charter bus)) to
Ms. Browning in Rm. 706 before and after school only.
February 5, 2015
THURSDAY
LAST Make-up date for ordering announcements, caps, gowns, and diploma covers cafeteria- during lunch
**Price goes up to $53 after this date!
March 23-27
SPRING BREAK
April 1 and 2
WEDNESDAY AND
THURSDAY
Meeting with parents of Seniors - HHS auditorium, 7:00 PM. Parents MUST attend
one night and sign in/sign out. Students are welcome to attend. Please be on time. This
meeting is only 30 minutes long. Anyone arriving after 7:00 will be turned away and asked
to return the following night or make an appointment with Mrs. Campbell at her
convenience, in order to hear the information and sign that they have done so.
PARENTS PICK UP CAPS, GOWNS, & ANNOUNCEMENTS AFTER THE MEETING (if
ordered).

If you have not paid Senior dues or any dues from previous years, you must pay these in
order to attend PROM. To participate in the Senior Class Day Breakfast and Luncheon, Senior
dues must be paid. You must purchase a Cap, Gown, and Diploma Cover to participate in
Graduation. These items must be purchased through Balfour.
Freshman dues……..$20
Sophomore dues……$20
Junior Dues…….$30
Senior Dues…….$30
Students must have exact cash, check or money order payable to Hardaway High School.
Dues will not be collected until the 2nd semester.
See Ms. Browning before or after school in Rm. 706 on Tuesdays and Thursdays
during the 2nd semester to make payments.
