Session Highlights:
Cla-Val will be offering a one day service-training course at the Utilities
Fields Operations Training Center Santa Rosa City. The course contains
sufficient theory to serve as a basis for understanding how Cla-Val
Control Valves function with emphasis on the practical problems
encountered in keeping your valves and system in proper working order.
The course will consist of:
Overview of the facilities and capabilities of Cla-Val
Basic valves and hydraulics
On-off valves [float & solenoid]
Altitude valves
Booster pump control / deep well pump control valves
Pressure reducing valves
Pressure relief valves
Flow limiting valves
Instructor:
Mike Landers has been responsible for the sales of Cla-Val’s Automatic
Controls Valves for Northern California, Nevada and Utah for the past 30
years. Currently Mike is the owner of HyDec Corp. Mike has a BSME
from Western Michigan University and a Masters Degree in Management
from Golden Gate University. Mike has worked closely with California
Rural Water Association, Nevada Rural Water and Utah Rural Water in
training classes of this type.
